Psychotherapy




Psychotherapy is an opportunity for depth work and deep support. This can be shorter or long term in nature depending on your needs.

It can support you when you

︎︎︎ are feeling really stuck or are having repeating disturbing experiences

︎︎︎ are experiencing relationship issues, changes, breakdown, loss or bereavement

︎︎︎want to explore your dreams, deep desires, and parts of yourself which are less known to you 

It is also a space that can involve working with altered states such as addictive tendencies, long term body symptoms, and illness, deep relationship issues, and mental health diagnoses.   

How I Work


This is collaborative work guided by your own wholeness.

This work also includes the possibility of somatic and trauma work from events in your past or present and supporting your wholeness to emerge from past or recent difficult experiences.

I am a trainee psychotherapist registered with the UKCP and receive regular supervision.
